STEM and Maker Education

My research demonstrates ways educators can eliminate barriers for young people in gaining access to STEM and Maker Education. As a researcher for two Research Practice Partnerships, I collaborated with educators and community partners in rural Wisconsin and Utah providing opportunities for students and adults of all ages to benefit from practices often found in urban spaces.
